Booking requests
Submitting a request opens WhatsApp and does not reserve an appointment automatically. Reception must confirm the treatment, therapist, date, time and final price.
Treatments and prices
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Availability and therapist schedules may change. Confirm the total payable amount, inclusions and any applicable taxes with reception before your visit. No payment is collected on this website.
Changes to your visit
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact reception as soon as possible. Ask reception about any cancellation conditions before confirming a booking.
Before your treatment
Tell your therapist about relevant allergies, sensitivities or conditions before treatment. Spa services are for relaxation and are not a substitute for medical care.
